Inner game is all about practicing the skills of emotional mastery. That helps you to do things like overcome your fears, reframe limiting beliefs, turn insecurities into superpowers, and knock out imposter syndrome (just to name a few!) in a safe and trauma-informed space.
Outer growth is all about taking accountable and impactful action! This keeps you in your integrity. Look, action creates clarity and action creates results. We help you to stop overthinking, start strategizing, and consistently show up to take action.

1. Personalized Coaching
This is not a cookie cutter program. We’re not teaching a set curriculum with weekly videos and worksheets. Each week, you’ll decide action steps that move you towards your big goals and we’ll support you with the accountability to follow-through on them and coaching to move through your blocks.
2. Coworking
Coworking Sessions provide a dedicated space for members do the work together. Do you struggle to make time for yourself? Do you get too busy to follow through on your action steps? Coworking is the solution! We offer up to four Coworking Sessions per week. During coworking, members will gather on Zoom, set their intention, and then zone in and do the work together. When the hour is up, we'll hop off more accomplished and more energized. It's time to get things done...together.
3. Community
There’s no doubt, the best part of the Empowered Leadership Collective is the connection that you make with other members. Sometimes “doing the work” can feel lonely…and entrepreneurship can feel even lonelier! Not in this space! This is where you find your people. In fact, we would even say that your transformation is amplified in this sacred container.
4. Accountability
Accountability is the first pillar of the Empowered Leadership Collective. We have so many touch points to help you stay accountable to your goals, your values, and your self-care. You’ve got Coaching Calls with the opportunity for hot seats. You’ve got Coworking Sessions to help make time to do the work. The Empowered Leadership Collective welcomes quarterly cohorts into the membership. Our next cohort begins May 6, 2024.
Members who choose to commit to the whole year and pay in advance will receive more than 10% off! You can save $200 on the Standard Membership and $400 on the VIP Membership.
Alumni members act as affiliates for the Empowered Leadership Collective. If you enroll through one of our affiliates, you can save 20% off of your first month in the membership using their personal promo code!
Each membership level offers increasing levels of support and access to your Mentors.
In the standard membership, you receive 3 group coaching calls per month during which you have the opportunity to receive hot seat coaching from Samantha and Samaria.
In the VIP membership, you receive the standard 3 group coaching calls per month plus an extra call just for VIP members. You also receive 4, one-on-one calls with either Samantha or Samaria to use throughout the year. VIP members also receive a 90-minutes Planning Session and access to our End of Year Virtual Retreat.
All membership levels receive approximately 12 Coworking Sessions per month and access to the private Facebook Community.
One of the best things about the membership is our simple, focused format. We help you to stay focused and on track towards the goals/intentions that matter most to you.
We like to say, “You bring the goal. Your Mentors bring the accountability. The group brings the support!”
You bring the goal that you want to work towards over the next three months or more.
Samantha and Samaria will help you to map out a strategy that includes action steps, healthy habits, and even spiritual practices to bring it to life.
Each week, our group coaching calls will help you to stay on track. You’ll have an opportunity for a hot seat in which you’ll:
- Share your progress on your action steps
- Celebrate your wins
- Receive coaching on the challenges and blocks that tripped you up
- Decide on a new set of action steps to move you forward over the next week
In between coaching calls, you have access to Coworking Sessions and the private Facebook Community where you can ask questions, post accountability updates, and connect with other members.
This simple, effective model keeps you from getting stuck, falling off track, or slipping through the cracks. We hold you accountable with compassion and commitment.
Our goal is to offer as many hot seats as possible on our 90-minute group coaching calls. As the Empowered Leadership Collective grows, members will have the opportunity to sign up for hot seats in advance. There will also be a dedicated space to submit questions and have them answered on group coaching calls. VIP Members are guaranteed to have a hot seat on their monthly call.
First things first - call it a goal, an intention, a dream - whatever word works for you and isn’t triggering.
If you are struggling to identify your goal or narrow it down, Samantha and Samaria will be happy to help you. We want you to be set up for success!

Samaria Williams
Samaria Williams is a Licensed Integrative Psychotherapist and Leadership Coach. She shares work centered around trauma informed care, trauma recovery, mental health awareness, social justice.
In her private somatic coaching practice, Samaria supports women to heal and integrate childhood trauma and turn pain into power in order to become the main character in their own lives and embody worth, wealth, and wisdom!
Samaria's flagship program is Safe Trauma Practice, a trauma informed practitioner facilitation program. In it, she supports professionals in becoming trauma informed/aware & trained so that they can incorporate trauma informed frameworks into their work and businesses in safe and ethical ways.
Samaria is your go-to Mentor for learning and applying the tenets of Emotional Mastery and Soul Care.
Samantha Calonita
Samantha Calonita has been a Certified Life & Career Coach since 2016. Samantha has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from The George Washington University and pursued a Master’s Degree in Sociology and Education at Columbia University.
Samantha brings practical strategy, a mind for structure, and down-to-earth spirituality to the Empowered Leadership Collective.
Before becoming a Life Coach, she spent five years managing a non-profit organization in New York City that was dedicated to helping post-9/11 veterans transition from the military into meaningful civilian careers.
She now runs a successful coaching practice in Savannah, GA where she specializes in soul purpose career coaching and accountability coaching.
